She did promise that she would tell after she got better. She kept that promise. Michael understood completely and apologized. Valentin is just like Shiloh. So that means the secret will come out really soon. Either before or during the wedding. I'm betting during. A lot of people even Charlotte will see that Valentin is a liar. And I hope either Sasha or Michael will say it. She's somewhat a keeper.
Valentine , Shiloh and Peter are no good, they only think about themselves and blames other's for their Lie's. He put her up to lie, yet blaming her and making like she's the one would be hurting Nina if the truth comes out. On or by their wedding, I believe it will be told to Nina, or she will overhear him talking about the secret.

@Qtee 2; When CW first came on as Nina I was giving her crazy side eye. Which was well needed. She was incredibly boring and wasn't cutting it for me. Now it seems like she's trying way too hard and going over the top at times. Of course I know Valentine's betrayal will eventually come to light and most likely during their wedding I just wish MS would have stopping taping after that bc she'd put so so much type of every emotion into what happened while CW will play it like a HS stage musical stage performance 😪
