Hokuto Zhimomi Addressed On Kayum Talukdar’s Case As Well As Joel Naga’s Statement On Oct 5. In What May Seem As Another Developmental And Unending Story, The Rising People's Party On Oct 7 Addressed On Talukdar’s Issue & Show Cause Notice To The Media Persons. Joel Naga, President Of RPP Highlighted On Genesis & Formation Of GBs In Naga Customary Law And Later Clarified On His Statement Saying, It Was Purely An Opinion. Furthermore, RPP Questioned GB’s Assoc On Diverting The Issue. RPP Disclosed That The Party Will Be Filing RTI Against Several Departments & Offices.
