I just saw slow crush live last night as they opened for Loathe, they played this song and i instantly fell in love
a listener from southeast asia here. i admire the sound you guys make. in this track, i sense my bloody valentine - loveless album vibes on the vocals and guitar. might explain the background too in the whole mv. deftones vibe on some guitar parts too. and the drum part has some pop punk energy. haha that's just my breakdown for this track.

i remember the first time i heard this song it was on accident, 2 years ago. someone uploaded a slowed version and it played on shuffle. the first time i heard it i let it go because i didn’t feel like skipping it. that song became one of my favorite songs ever. i can’t believe i found this amazing and underrated band by accident. glow is literally one of my favorite songs of all time and it’s so good, to me it’s the type of song that you’d want to listen to before you die. it’s THAT perfect. music is an amazing thing and i appreciate everything slow crush has contributed. i’m so thankful i found them 🥹

The droning repetition of the final verse makes me feel like those words are something you desire but it falls on deaf ears, cementing the feeling and meaning of the words and making you want to repeat them even more.
