I LOVE that you've included a little space to hang outerwear next to the front door!
The kitchen is nice and spacious with lots of storage options, and the bedrooms are nice and spacious.
Could use a space for a water heater, though, so the family doesn't have to take cold showers.
Can include the water heater in the washing machine/laundry room closet, easy peasy.
It reduces the length of the washing room by just a few inches, it’s nothing.
Easily the best interior design I’ve ever seen, this house is perfection for a couple. Make sure you wear a condom though so that you don’t f up this dream house 😂
250-280K€ for this beauty in France : accurate house builder company’s estimation given the materials that would be used for the making of it, openings and overall design of the house (without the price of the land of course). Not too crazy of a number for such a beauty
@@fredlada1634Water heaters in North America tend to be a lot bigger. Between 136L - 318L. They can be quite big around and need a bit of space around them, So you'd have to get rid of a couple of those cabinets to make space if it were built there.

Heating and cooling a home would be quite challenging, likely requiring 2 separate systems. It is quite a unique layout but we aren’t up to the challenges that uniqueness brings.

Pretty nice design, lots of light, but oh what a sad lack of storage for everything fr clothes to books to kitchen.
The architect worked hard to make this L-shaped house work, and it sort of does. The outdoors-only access to the laundry isn't ideal, nor is the long hallway to connect the master bedroom, but I have no alternatives to suggest. The TV over the fireplace is less objectionable because of the low fireplace opening, though the mantel should be enlarged to deflect the heat. That living room sofa seems to be favored in many of these plans. It was a challenge to fit everything in, and I'd call it a qualified win!
Good comments. The laundry room should be swung around to the kitchen porch where the bicycle is. The short corridor from kitchen to bath can end end with a door to the outside. It's not clear what is the purpose of the kitchen porch with the bicycle on it. Other missing pieces are location of outdoor trash cans (near kitchen would make sense), interior/exterior utility room, pantry space, living space closet.

Yay! Bedrooms with enough space to walk around the beds, and enough space to walk around the kitchen island, and space to open the fridge doors. The laundry and hall bath should swap positions to get the bathroom smells further from the kitchen, and the dining area is still too tight to actually pull the chairs out and sit down, though. I'm not sure where you find large oval bathtubs that are less than 1.45m long, so that as a bathroom width seems odd -- I think I'd make the bathroom the full length, losing that end of the closet and 1.6m instead of 1.45m. The great room is just a tad small for a 1150sf house with only 2 bedrooms. 9.7m length instead of 8.7m would yield enough space for kitchen, dining, and seating, but 8.7m is too tight with the fireplace taking up so much of the seating end. You have more exterior wall than a 11mx11m footprint, but 15m2 less living space by choosing the "L" shape.

The video jumps around so much that it's difficult to get a realistic view of what the layout actually is. Never did figure out where the main entrance is located. Is it the door that opens up by the kitchen stove?
Muy vistoso, moderno y natural pero: pasillos y puertas muy angostos. Si alguien se enferma, ¿cómo pasa una camilla o una silla de ruedas? ¿Para qué quiero tanto espacio de parque? Puedo tener habitaciones y pasillos más espaciosos y un poco menos de parque.

Peculiar that the laundry room is not accessible internally, making the inhabitants go outside in all weathers. Apart from that the home looks alright.

In general I like these designs, but this one has some flaws. Too much space is taken up with hallways, this means that the second bedroom only has access to a full bath thru the master bedroom. If you are going to have only one full bath, then it should be placed so that both bedrooms have direct access.
