CrystalCleanConnect automated flexo plate making system.

The CrystalCleanConnect is a completely automated flexo plate making system reducing the operator touch points from 12 to just one or in other words from 36 min operator time per plate to just 2 ½ min per plate. It is a development between Asahi Photoproducts, Esko and Kongsberg. The system is using sustainable water wash plate making technologies without any use of VOC washout solvents and automates from a raw plate polymer to the cut plate ready for mounting. The first plate out after only 70 min and the next subsequent plate after every 20 min.
