I love the way your levels flow throughout the home. The basement will be my space as well as my wife doesn’t share either lol. Your crawl space would convert into a beautiful home theater if you’re in to that sort of thing. I gave up some square footage in my man cave to convert a room into a 10x12 dedicated theater. Man on man though that crawl space would have me drooling. Again super happy for you my brother. What a great home!

@@Mrgoharder91 we live in Iowa and the market is crazy here. We had a hard time when looking for a new home. Everything was overpriced and when we found a house we liked you basically had 4-5 hrs to put your offer in well above asking price if you wanted a chance. We decided to build and it has been fantastic tbh. We sold our house post Covid price in a single day and the builder is building our dream home pre Covid pricing. The builder purchased enough material to build 60 houses before Covid and extended that pricing to us. God is good my friend. Ended up with 5 bedroom 6 bath 3 car garage house. Full walkout basement with a dedicated theater and wet bar. We are beyond happy on how things are working out.

@@Mrgoharder91 The seat that can lift up via sensors, rinse you with warm water (custom water pressure selections), and then dry you with warm air. A lot of them have remotes, too. No toilet paper needed.

You're welcome! I want you to know that the builder you're inquiring about is a semi-custom builder, meaning there are many things you can do with their plans that are not always explicitly stated. Unfortunately, they may not always inform you of these options to make quick sales. If you have any questions about the current plan you're looking at, feel free to ask me here. I know the plan like the back of my hand, and I'll happily answer anything you want. Overall, it's a great builder, but it's always important to stay on top of everything because sometimes things can be overlooked.

OMG $315K in upgrades I thought the max was $50k didn’t know it could go up to so much. You probably added extra rooms for that price rIght?
Simi-custom built, so there's not much that comes standard so had to upgrade a lot. It was worth every penny. Everything you see in the video doesn't come standard like that.

@@Mrgoharder91 so epoxy floors are kind of like these really cool painted floors that look like marble. They’re GORGEOUS. If you look up on CZcams epoxy floors you’ll see a bunch of random cute floors. I think they insulate rooms as well…

I wish that was the price for my home. But that was upgrades that racked up to $300k plus. Based priced was $570k then lake view lot premium was 100k. I appreciate it man. It came together well. Had to tighten up on builder a few times but well worth it now that we are in and settled. Blessings to you and yours💪🏾💯

@@Mrgoharder91 yeah we sold ours for 80K more than we bought it for we went to Texas with a 1.5M budget by the time we ended up selling the house and stuff the house went up 300,000 & then another 230,000 for the lot premium! That didn't include upgrades we would have been well over 2.1M it didn't make since plus we didn't know about the property tax so the 8 to 9 thousand a month mortgage we budgeted for would have been around 13 with property tax
@JQURNEY the market price-wise is crazy. And they'll get you with lot premiums and upgrades.
