Nomo...absolutely stunning! Incredible recording...your best work to date. What I liked: 1080p, great framing of subject, steady camera...not shaky like a lot of CZcams videos, sound quality is great and you somehow found a way to filter out all the crowd noise i.e. people talking. Bravo! :-) Thank you so much for all your work...you are helping to archive and memorialize this great band!

I got a couple go pro hero 2 cameras, which provide the side shots and allow me to replace the bad parts of my hand held sony hdr hc9, which i've been using since 2009. The lighting for this show was pretty nice though, and when you are standing at the edge of the stage, well.....Great song for them to open with, considering the redwoods all around.

Nomo, I was stationed in Alameda on the USS Coral Sea (CV-43) from '79 to '83. Love the Bay Area! I saw Steel Pulse and Bad Brains in Berkeley and Burning Spear in SF. Of course, I saw a ton of other bands too...Grateful Dead, The Police, Jefferson Starship, Gentle Giant, Peter Gabriel, etc. etc. But reggae was (and still is) my favorite. Hey, just wondering...have you ever eaten at Sam Wo's in Chinatown? I used to eat there all the time! :-)

Sam Wo's is delicious and cheap! The Bay Area was definitely music heaven when I lived there. And tickets were cheap back in those days...I used to go to shows all the time. Do you happen to know the lyrics to Kingdom Trees? P.S. Great work with all these videos! :-)
