I understand your aversion to be touched. The last time i went to the goodwill bins they're shoving me and bumping me to make me move over. My daughter was with me and when a lady kept bumping her to get her to move over my daughter told her if she bumped her one more time she was going to yell out for management to kick her out

Our bins have always been crazy busy, you can’t get to the row of bins when they first come out. I don’t go because of it. Great score on the Kimberly mugs that’s my favorite design
I think all the videos out now a days and finding treasures just promotes more people to shop at the bins. Its nice you have friends there to get stuff for you or hide stuff for you. I wish there was a goodwill bins around me so i could see it for myself. Love watching your videos, now I need to find and try one for myself! 😂

I haven't been to the bin store yet because the closest one is an hour or so away. I was planning a trip this week. When I was researching which one I wanted to go to (one is west and one is east from me) I saw where they said that it was highly competitive and that all of what you just saw in this video is to be expected. I don't know if it is because I am older or the state of the world today, but I don't really care for all of that. I like my personal space and like to enjoy sourcing not that mess! 😡🥴 Although I may have to do it just to say I did it but I definitely won't go on the weekend!! Don't worry about venting, you handled it very well there!! Thank you for sharing this video. Love the mugs and the sewing basket. I saw one just like that on an online auction I bid on it but lost. I think it went for a little bit of money but can't remember how much though sorry!! Happy Valentine's Day 💖💘💟

Nice finds. Our bins in CO Springs are like this all the time. They run the bins out like it’s a racetrack and no kids are allowed inside. Some people shove stuff and start breaking glass so you have to wear gloves. I have met some really nice people there and a lot of times we tell each other what we are looking for and people share. It’s best to go with a group, or make friends while you are there - it’s more fun that way.

Yes, our Bins are like that when they first come out, but then calm down after about 10 minutes.
The goodwill is so small ,compared to our. Also our has always been full.
Garage sale season is right around the corner. You still found a lot of neat things. 💜
my bins are really rough also. Running pushing i have seen people kicked and bit. pure animals. its crazy ,I stopped going for a year. the grabbing and pushing is the worst.
I know exactly what you mean about the bins. I had the same experience at my bins going through the book. People were so rude. I threw up my hands and walked away. It was ridiculous. Throwing books around.
I drive 57 miles each way and over an hour to the closest goodwill bins and mine is ALWAYS busy like that with regular resellers like you. All you can do is stay away when the new bins come out. It’s insane how people act like savages. One of my biggest pet peeves is when kids old enough to know better sneak items out of the new bins before the last bin is in place. The parent is there too. Always the same few people doing it. If you don’t have to travel far to go to yours, you are very lucky.
I collect garden gnomes too, and I hardly ever come across gnomes with a face like that.The sweet faces . I only have one like that. You didn't complain too much. People reaching all over me, id be cussing something terrible 😂❤ Maybe that things a spoon rest ?

The minature vases.
We just got one near by last year. It’s fairly large but the one time I went they didn’t have very many bins and it was mostly clothes. But it wasn’t crowded so that was good. Lol
Those clear glass pieces are taper candle holders….not for fairy lamps.
Our bins are so crowded and nothing is separated except clothes and hard goods. And everything is in hard goods and most glass gets bvroken. I will not stand in front of the new bins while they come out because I value my liofe, lol. Too much pushing and grabbing out of your hands, the tables actually move because everyone is grabbing. Don't get me started on how many carts people pile up. SO I wait and go to the picked over bins and still come away with a good haul. DO I miss out on some stuff? Probably, but it;s worth not standing next to stinky man.
I like going later in the day. People are nicer at my bins there. Never on weekends

We shop at the bins in Dallas and Ft Worth. People are extremely aggressive, reaching over you and getting into your personal space. It’s mostly young men that are the aggressors at our bins. They are very very rude. What I absolutely don’t like is their aggressiveness towards my Mom and she’s in her 70’s. No respect.

Ask Jim if he has a knife to cut the cords or take a small pocket knife. There are scissors all over the bins too.

Just like you every body is looking for a treasured to sell. If you don't like the crowd don't shop there. One less competion for them. You want to get all valuables one, you even have a friend who pick for you. So please stop complaining not nice to hear. And people are not touching you on purpose. So don't complain.

I totally agree, she should just not go if it's disgusting to her.
She never complains, so give her a break. She has been going there consistently for many years, and it was never this busy. I think she reserves the right to speak her mind and how she feels.
I completely agree! I dislike being touched by complete strangers. It was probably busy because it was Presidents Day. People were off.
When a toy is working Goodwill should donate it to day cares or toy drives instead of the landfill if not sold
