12" Motionette Santa Claus with a candle fixed

It stopped moving this year it was the motor gear that slipped from the mecanism. I just had to put it back without opening it.

How did you manage to fix it without opening it?

There are the holes where the arms are. And on the candle arm side you can see the motor gear. I had to press the gear back down to connect with the other gears.
