The worst has arrived. The true antagonist, Mewtwo, is back for vengeance and will try anything to get it done. Unfortunately, that means the Elite Four and the Pokemon League are under attack... And Ethan and Co. are the only ones experienced enough to handle such a catastrophe. Can they step it up and defeat each member of the Elite Four while under the control of Mewtwo?
There's something mysterious going on in the Pokemon world... And it's up to Ethan to figure out what's going happening! Pokemon: Soul of the Storm is a series that retells the story of Pokemon SoulSilver through a new light. With new characters, community lore, and an overarching mystery, it's sure to be quite the eventful story!

He learned Swords Dance at Level 49. I wanted that in his moveset before evolving him to Shiftry.
