- In this video I explain a very important way to tie your shoes if you are a basketball player. A lot of basketball players lace up any kind of way, but when you are performing at a high level, you need the proper lace method. This technique will help keep you from getting injuries and also help maximize your efficiency on the court.

Thank you coach 😅
Yessir! 🤝🏽 You’re Welcome!
Nice! But I prefer to tie my shoes standing up and using the other foot to press against to push the hill to the backside. This way pressure is applied to the feet and i get a better fit:)
With the kd 16 heel lockdown is not the best I’ll subscribe for more videos like this ❤
Thank you! Don't forget to hit that bell for notifications!
How is it? Does the heel lockdown fix on your kd16?
@@BallIsLife077 I am not sure. I never liked playing in KD’s. Hooped in his shoe one time and never put them on my feet again.
Thanks my feet are always sore when i'm playing so i'm hoping this will help
No problem man. I hope it helps! Come back and let me know if it does
the reason your foot even slides around in the shoe in the first place is due to them not being true to size. you're basically using the runners knot as a substitute for the shoes being too big.
Absolutely wrong. Take that nonsense to somebody else’s page. The runners knot stops your heel from lifting in your shoe which is 100% needed. Half of an inch isn’t enough space for your foot to slide. Buying your basketball shoes true to size is the worst thing you can do as a high level basketball player, unless you like hammer toes that throw up gamg signs, and Hallux Rigidous in your metatarsal joints from your toes jamming into the front of your shoe whenever you stop and go, and hit someone’s shoe. Don’t come to my page spreading that misinformation.
Thanks unc
Yessir! No doubt!
This video makes sense… 🤯
I am glad
I think its also called the runners knot
I believe so. 👍🏽
How do yo do it if your lace is short
Sounds like you have to buy longer laces my guy.
Do you flex the tib by pointing your toes upwards?
Yes! Get in a seated position, bend down to tie your shoe, keep your heel planted and lift your toes upward. Try to flex your calf muscle after the toe is raised. Your tibialis will flex for stabilization.
@@SirDanteNathanael great tips, going to give a try tonight, thanks!
@@maurolinoignacio3615 no problem man.
Hi uncle Tay Tay
Hey 👋🏽 🫶🏽
Make sure your brother watches!
how are the trc blaze courts worth $40?
Nah. They are worth $65. And it’s not a good shoe. They designed it horrible. So my recommendation is to not buy them. I made a review about them on my custom shoe channel, Custom Feens. Here is the link if you want to watch it.
