My truck batteries were low…it almost didn’t start. I plugged in my phone and it wasn’t charging. I turned the truck off and did what you said then restarted the truck and the usb port is working now. This is on a 2017 Silverado L5P Thanks for the info!

Just got a used 2015 sierra and having the same issue. My phone shows it's charging but it just maintains the same battery level, like the USB doesn't have enough power? I tried pulling the fuse and putting it back in but no luck. I will try swapping the fuses another day. I don't have any 3 blade fuses on hand
