చాలా ఎక్కువ మాది ఇష్టంగా తినే స్పైసి స్ట్రీట్ ఫుడ్ అయిన చికెన్ 65ని మూడు రకాలుగా ఎలా చేయాలో ఈ వీడియొలో చూసి నేర్చుకుందాం.
Chicken 65
CHENNAI STYLE
Ingredients:-
Chicken pieces - 500 g
Chilli Powder - 3 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Cumin seed powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Flavoring salt - 1 tsp
Egg White - 1 tsp
Corn Flour - 2 tsp
Maida - 2 tsp
Food Colour Red - 1 tsp
Curry Leaves - 3 strings
Green Chillies - 4-5
Salt - To Taste
Oil - As Required
Method:-
Take chicken pieces in a bowl add red chili powder, ginger garlic powder, cumin seed powder,garam masala, flavoring salt. Mix it nicely.
Now add a little amount of egg white and mix. Add cornflour, maida and mix it well again. Add food color (optional), salt, chopped curry leaves, chopped green chilies and mix it.
Deep fry them in hot oil and serve Hot.
Indo-Chinese Style:-
Ingredients:-
Chicken pieces - 500 g
Chilli Powder - 3 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Cumin seed powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Flavoring salt - 1 tsp
Crushed Pepper - 1 tsp
Corn Flour - 2 tsp
Maida - 2 tsp
Egg White - 1
Food Colour Red - 1 tsp
Curry Leaves - 3 strings
Green Chillies - 4-5
Salt - To Taste
Oil - As Required
Method:-
In a bowl add cornflour, maida, flavoring salt, coriander powder,garam masala, cumin powder, pepper powder, crush pepper, red chili powder, food color, egg white, some oil, and salt. Mix it nicely. Now add boneless chicken pieces mix it well.
Heat oil in a pan drop the chicken pieces and fry it, in the same oil fry curry leaves and green chilies.
Now divide the chicken pieces into two equal portions for Indian style and Chinese style.
Indian Style
Ingredients:-
Fried Chicken pieces - As Required
Green Chillies - 2-3 slit
Curry Leaves - 2 Strings
Curd - 1 Cup
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves - 1 bunch
Oil - As Required
Method:-
Heat some oil in a pan add green chilies, curry leaves, beaten curd, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder,garam masala, coriander powder, red chili powder and mix it nicely and add coriander leaves, fried chicken pieces and toss it again and switch off the flame.
Chinese style:
Ingredients:-
Chopped Ginger -1 tsp
Chopped Garlic - 1 tsp
Green Chillies - 4-5
Capsicum - ½ cup
Flavouring Salt - 1 tsp
Soya sauce - 2 tsp
Chilli sauce - 2 tsp
Tomato ketchup - 2 tsp
Oil - As Required
Water - As Required
Salt - As Required
