    Lovely video. What would be the main difference of this "cybex squat press" and a classic "45º leg press"? Is there a preference for hypertrophy of either quads or glutes? Thanks

      I'm glad you liked it! The big difference here is going to be that the cybex foot plate pivots and the classic leg press is fixed. As far as preference, it would depend on your limb lengths and how the machines allowed you to move!

    Doing leg press hurts my lower back, so I avoid this machine.

      tuck yourself under the machine with the grips provided, also work on hip mobility it will be a weakness in your hips
