The test is still going on. Those weren't perfumes, they were special mega super concentrated hyper-perfumes which basically consist of 99% fragrance oils and only 1 percent alcohol. The question is, how often you have to shower to no longer smell like the perfume.
Isn’t Vanetino more of a light skinned/ black fragrance? Only asking bc I know different fragrances work better with different skin tones and textures. Or no it works great with any guy?

As a perfumer I am obsessed with a guaiac wood. The luscious heart wood of the palo santo. Also known as ironwood. Although valentino doesn't contain actual guaiacwood it perfectly captures the essence of the black licorice, smoky rosewood, and pencil shaving woody powdery accord exhibied by guaiacwood. Mason Margiela whispers in the library is another similar fragrance similar to Bvlgari man in black. Both reveal just how beautiful the natural raw material can be when the wood is brought to the forefront of a fragrance. I just love the masculine sharp peppery licorice accords!

Valentino Ummo Intense lasts all day and the projection starts out strong but throughout the day gets closer to the skin.

The new batches (2022) doesn't last long anymore, 4-5 hours maximum project well for 1 hour , just bought it last week.
