This doesn't address the quality of education at CSU Global. My undergrad experience there was fraught with inaccessible instructors, online "lectures" that consisted of TED Talks, CZcams videos, and links to other universities' content. Many of these links were broken. CSU doesn't produce it's own material. They compile it from free sources online. Your "instructors" are nothing more than graders. Many of them have no idea what is in the online lectures. CSU epitomizes the old adage, you get what you pay for.
