Recently, a neighbour who was a veteran Soldier died and I was able to capture part of his Burial Rites. May his soul rest in peace

We live in a Rural area of Cabaritan Sur, Naguilian in the Province of peaceful La Union. Life in the Provinces is a lot better and the pace of life is what you make it...no clocks just dawn and sunset control our lives, chickens crowing, dogs barking and of course the karaoke machines
Life revolves everyday around a visit to the market where your able to get a large selection of products to sustain a good all round delicious meal. We hope that you enjoy the videos that we make and that they in some way reflect true life here in the Philippines, away from the sleezy side often portrayed in big cities.....

That's by far the fanciest send off I have seen here. Fit for a King, truly. I usually see a regular jeepney or two, and a bunch of tricycles and cars following a 70s style hearse. Wow this was nice. RIP Soldier 🙏🌴

It seems to me that Catholic countries have these incredible customs. Thank you for sharing with the world. I've seen Irish processions too and they are also very stirring.
In the USA we really don't have anything like this, generally everyone from the funderal home or church lines their cars behind each other and they follow to the cemetery. We do not have to obey traffic lights in a funeral procession though, you are allowed to follow the cars in front of you until all the cars have passed the intersection.

They are really light carriages and strong breed of horse🤔
It is depending on the weigh of the body. If it is so heavy, it will be pulled by Pickup car / Hearse 😊
