I choose pile 3. I just got sober and my life was rampant with chaos. I also chose to remove some toxic people from my life, which was painful because they were immediate family. But since I made the choice to get sober and remove the toxicity, my life is beginning to move in a happier, less stressful way.

Disowned by my abusive parents already so i changed my last name & got all my new id cards this week -- i HIGHLY recommend having some kind of commencement celebration for & with yourself that has lasting effects cuz as they were stamping all the official documents with my new last name at the courthouse every loud kerCHUNK was a symbollic self-validating step taken AWAY from those mofos toward all the unconditional love i was now ready to be an advocate for in regaining my own well-being -- Living Well IS The Best Revenge. I know exactly why this was so muddled. Because, that’s exactly how I feel. I’ve been struggling with chronic pain for 26 years. I’ve tried everything one can think of to heal myself. Last week was my first reiki session and I’ve been depressed all week. Today was my second session, and I found out that I have a lot karma built up with my ancestry. Apparently, I carry a lot of guilt that’s not mine, and I’ve brought it into this lifetime.Things I’m not aware of consciously. Soo besides all the drama in my life now, I’m trying to clear all that out as well. It’s a lot to deal with, which is why I’m so confused. I don’t know my path forward. But, I just keep moving forward. That’s all I can do at this point.

Have you tried a grounding mat? Ultimate Longevity has some legit ones. I bought one and within a week my chronic back pain was gone; pain I’ve had for several years. Hope this helps :)

Kimberly have u tried Earthing? Basically it connecting to the Earth, walking on the Earth without shoes, sitting on the ground and meditating, touching a tree . Read Earthing book or check out Earthing documentary on CZcams scientific studies,at least 24 , proving the benefits. It balances your body ,lowers cortisol levels, stops inflammation which is one of the major contributors to disease like auto immune disease , lupus, and MS. 10 minutes a day for 10 days and you will feel a difference. Also while connected to the Earth your pain subsides.
Thank you all for your suggestions! I’ve gotten off all prescription medications, and only use natural supplements. But, I do need to eat better! I’m hoping after a few more sessions, I’ll have more energy to get out into nature. I’ve definitely heard about the benefits of grounding. Sending blessings to everyone! ✨🌟✨

#2 literally so on point 😭😭😭 yesterday did a guided meditation for a message from my guides. (That had me in tears the whole time too). One showed up all golden/mustard yellow robe with a sun/lion face (I know weird right)?! Just realized he looked so much like the lion in the 2 of cups ✨ I’m literally in the middle of trying to make a huge shift with something & the more I look at this card & the symbolism the more it confirms I’m on the right path ❤️
Sounds like we are on the same path!! I picked pile 2 as well and I am making some HUGE changes in my life. I too believe that my guides are lions. I am very strongly connected to them. I am currently working to grow my business, making gemstone jewelry and plan to move with my family and start a new beginning in a new state next year. Time to get the ball rolling. Group 4: I really needed that kick in the butt, and I had to ask myself the hard questions. I cried for about an hour after doing some deep digging and looking at things I didn't want to admit to myself. I know I still have more digging and crying to do, though, but it's a start.

3&4: I recently started medication to help control the generalized aches and pain and fatigue that may be something like Fibromyalgia. It’s also improved my mood. I feel like my old self again, as long as I don’t overdo things. I think these readings described my situation nicely, especially the ten of swords - the back pain was horrible
