I'm a tech startup founder as well--thank you for sharing the stress/anxiety of fundraising. Runway is probably one of the most stressful parts of running a company. I always remind myself of all of the problems I've been able to overcome when I am facing the financial pressures of running a startup. I also have learned nothing is as bad as it seems.
I'm sorry you're going thru this natalie. I'm proud of how far you've come and this is only the beginning! You went thru your pre-seed round with just an idea, and now look at you with rella up and running. Keep going

About the onions, I’ve heard to use a steel knife that has been sharpened very well and it won’t crush the cell walls in the onion, it just slices past them! Apparently that’s where the strong fragrance comes from which causes us to cry.
My knives are horrible so this makes sense haha
I found out that I have PMDD and the anxiety/depressive thoughts usually hits me two weeks before my period. I’ve been taking 5,000-10,000 Ui of vitamin D at that two week mark (recommended by my doc) it’s helping those hormone fluctuations so much!
I need to do this because it’s so drastic when I’m about to get my period

I'm always curious why companies choose to do funding. Why choose funding over bootstrapping for example? Genuinely curious!
I talk about this in my video raising money but essentially tech is very expensive so we needed a ton of capital to even begin. We also think we can scale really quickly + efficiently with capital - pros and cons!
I just started thinking about trying to get Croatian citizenship because my grandfather's from there, but same as you, I don't think we have the documents or anything, so I have no clue where to start. Def update if you get any good info!!

The process for becoming a citizen there is kind of complicated and takes a loooong time. My best friends grandparents are from Italy and I think its taken him about a year, and he's finally going to get his citizenship in August!
My lawyer said it’ll prob take 2 years! So yes very very long!
@@NatalieBarbu yes if you're over 18 it takes a long time (recommended before that, i did mine at 12 yo... of course not in this case haha)
Keep your onions in the fridge or freezer right before you cut them
