I grew up on lake Brantley off south terrace blvd, we built the home from scratch in 95. Tore down an old tiny house that had been there since like the 50’s. Parents purchased it for like 80k and then 200k to build.
Living on the lake was sort of annoying because you always had friends wanting to take your boat and jet skis out. We had two Kawasaki stand up jet-skis and a boat.
KP your channel always brings back good memories, that isle of Sicily home is cool(18 min mark). The Parkers have owned it for almost 20 years. Their kids grew up in that house and the son was a standout lacrosse player who went to Syracuse on a scholarship. Isle of Sicily is also James Gamble Rogers territory, so there’s also a lot of history from that.
I’ve been to the Rivers Home multiple times, which is actually next door to the one your showing here. Doc’s ex wife got it after their divorce.
Lots of interesting people living from 1 to 11 isle of Sicily.
Went to the Holm’s(golden corral) home at 1211 college pt several times too when they first built it over 10 years ago. If they ever sell that house please do a story on it.
Don’t forget about some of the homes in sweetwater club and rice lake loop in Longwood.
Maybe try to convince Matt Morgan to sell via Tuscany before the markets head south?
    Later KP, you da man.

I live near the isle of sisly house. There is a famous comedian who also lives in that street. There probably 10 houses on that street I don’t think as much as 20. The only issue I see with that street is flooding in hurricanes. There was a lot on via Tuscany that sold for 6 million there was a house but torn down.
The via Tuscany house is over priced in my opinion
    I’d be a buyer at 6-7 million

I am a cur guy, I like working on my cars. Living in HOA community, can you do repairs on your driveway or just in the closed door garage ?

By the end of the year for sure. Fannie Mae, and the Fed have signaled four rate drops by Q4. If things slip back into the 5s, I believe many people will jump back in the market.
We’re already seeing a strong showing this month compared to January 2023
