Pinarello's are not the lightest of frames & their advertised weights for frame & fork are bare unpainted frame in their smallest size.
Matt paint on top adds weight, gloss even more.
I've weighed hundreds of top end racing frames & not one has weighed what the manufacturers have claimed. Always more. The same goes for mass produced wheels from the big name manufacturers, they always weigh more & some surprisingly much more.
