Why you hesitate about it?
Really want to try these, one concern is that curve from 2k up to 5k. I have found when I crank the volume that is what becomes harsh for me. I Can always use EQ. Great review and love the comparison to the EW 500.
Get the black filter from mele. The black mesh filter. I did that. Perfect and protects from wax

I prefer this one. I also use this for gaming and it feels better in terms of telling me where the sound comes from.

I didn't get around to testing the Wan'er due to a full schedule unfortunately.
I'd say it's an upgrade! I have both. I'm not good at describing audiophile stuff, but someone did post a comparison on r/mobileaudiophile just recently so try to look at that instead

Simgot has been smashing it lately. Never even heard of them until a few months ago.
How is shell weight compared to the Kiwi Ears Cadenza? One of the reasons why I like the Cadenza is because they are so light I don't have sealing issues when using softer tips while laying down.
They have more heft than the Cadenza but they're not at all heavy. I haven't tried laying down with them but they have a lower in-ear profile than Cadenza.

I wish they made them with brushed stainless steel or something for fewer fingerprints, other than that they're an insane value for such a good budget performance.
Simgot has one of the best dd drivers in the market .and not the same driver. The material is different. Same side. Just the dd cone material is different.
Does it make sense to use a pair of these with and iphone, the lightning to 3.5 jack and spotify?
Sure, if you have a dongle DAC it's perfect.
Is EW200 better than truthear hexa?

You def want the ew200. Cadenza treble too rolled off.
Is this a good budget-friendly upgrade from the 7hz Salnotes Zero/Tangzu Wan'er? I prefer a bit more technicality with my music without the bass being too muddy or overpowering. I prefer the sound signature from 7hz Salnotes Zeroes and I mainly play FPS games and pop music.

good day, which is better : CCA C12 or Simgot EW200? Mostly listening to rock, metal, symphonic genre/music. I didn't like the tone of something boomy around the bass and for which I liked are more on small details of the track I've been listening to.. thanks 😊

These. Zero Red is boring and doesn't have the mid bass for hip hop and male vocals. I haven't tried the z300 but ew200 is absurdly good for the price.

How do these compare to the zs10 pro x, Im thinking buying both of these, but i would like to know how they compare.
The zs10 Pro X is warmer and a little more coloured in the lower mids. Its resolution is slightly better but ew200 has a more natural timbre.

it's safe to use ew200 on PC/Laptop? I've heard IEM with a metal build can potentially cause electric shocks when used with a PC/laptop.
It happens occasionally with certain models but not the ew200

how does the EW200 stacks up against the OG Aria? gutted that my Aria's right side if acting up after 2 years of daily use. i have the Hexa, but i miss the Aria's sub/mid bass
It stacks up extremely well and would be a great alternative to the Aria because it has a similar sound signature. Aria is probably just ahead in technicalities and if that's what you're chasing then you should consider the EA500 LM.
Hello Mr prime audio reviews, would it be redundant owning both ew200 and zero reds? Sidenote: I've been chasing for technicals and I've heard good things about ew200a tech for this pricepoint, how would ew200 compare to hexa in terms of tech performance?

EW200 is amazing. I think it's much better than Zero Reds. Compared to Hexa, it still does quite well, although Hexa has better overall resolution.

Ew200 easily outdoes the Cadenza in audio quality.

@@davegorthuis679 I own all 3 and IMO both are better than the Wan'er. EW200 is better than Cadenza though, unless you're upper mid / treble sensitive.
I use my Wan'er for workouts and the EW200 for everything else. I may use the Cadenza if I want a more relaxed sound.
For just a little more money you get WAY better sound with the Simgot EA500s.

Comparing the crinicle zero two (25€) vs ew200 (45€) would the ew200 still be worth it over the zero 2s?
I would use either of them for light gaming, casual content consumption like yt, yt music, kpop, any genre tbh. Pretty much for desktop usage.

I actually prefer this. It has more note density, more intimate and engaging vocals plus better imaging.

@@darkarnaz5708 Do you know Samsung IA500? Its double DD IEM, reincarnation of Samsung tuned AKG. After that i got my Blon BL03. And they was kinda close in terms of sounding, but BL03 had a little more highs. After that i bought Kiwi Ears Cadenza and Blon Z300. Cadenza has tight bass with almost no punch, i so disappointed, so i decided to sell them, but still like their mids and highs. And about Blon Z300, it has less bass than BL03, but enough to satisfy me at bass, but mids and highs isnt that emotional and fun. So im back to my Samsung IA500, and Blon BL03. And speaking about them they sounds almost same, but Blon BL03 is a little more energetic and full overall but they are really close. Im curious about Simgot EW200 too. But Blon BL03 for sure have everything you to satisfy thoose who wants bass and not that harsh highs, sure they can be a little harsh rarely, because its elevated too, but not elevated that high how most of IEM market, and it has half price of Simgot EW200. I recommend to try it anyway

Ew200 sounds more natural and enjoyable for me. May has forced perceived clarity and the overall resolution is lacking for an iem at that price.
I possess ew200, cadenza n ea500. Both ew200 n cadenza r very good in their sound signature and I use both for different music genre. Ew200 excel in clean sounding and cadenza comes with fun, thick and very good soundstage.
Ea500 excel both abv iems in terms of sound quality n detail retrieval. 😊😊

No I don't think there is a microphone version
Change the cable with a mic. Will affect the sound. Mic wiring always affect the sound of iem. That's why mist people choose without.

Hi there, I recently purchased the EW 200 after hearing a lot of good reviews about it. But I noticed that it always has static noise when listening to music. I don't have fancy setup, I'm using Google pixel 3XL with DAC dongle. Later with my laptop using its 3.5mm jack, still with static sound.
Is this a common problem with IEM? Since my old tinhifi T2 didn't have this problem and I'm not experienced with IEM to know if it's too sensitive that I'll need an amplifier even on my phone.
If you're hearing static with every source including dongle I think you have a faulty unit.
How do they compare with the Salnotes Zero 2?
Better IMO. Bigger soundstage, better instrument separation and detail retrieval.
I have both and the EW200 is crisper. The Zero:2 sounds almost muffled in comparison. Both driven by a JDS Atom+ stack, using CP145 tips, playing classical, hard rock, and Synthwave music.

I much prefer these. They have a more natural and engaging tonal balance.

It's about on par with T3+ in terms of audio quality but has a different tuning.

They are for me.
Super upgrade, been using EW200 for a month now, my Hola is ready to be sell lol, you don't have to use a USB Dac/Dongle, loud sound but clear, enhanced instruments and great vocals 👌🏻
