To all of you considering to get the premium subscription to Dreaming in Spanish, I would like to commend it to you. I am 100% satisfied with all of the DS teachers and am watching my Spanish steadily mature day by day. Definitely worth $8 per month. It almost feels wrong that the price is so low. You get high quality content and lots of it.
How are the options for learning via mobile?
It's all done through the website, there is no specific mobile app, but it works quite well. I'd recommend signing up to the site and trying it out, you don't have to pay for premium to have an account and use the website. That way you can check it out and you get the watch-time tracking and it keeps track of which videos you've watched.
Also, I 100% agree with what Matthew said. The $8 would be worth it for the new daily videos alone, but you also get a backlog of 4,000 videos. Great value.

Agustina, I’m so impressed with your knowledge of the USA! I’ll bet most kids from America couldn’t answer those questions. I couldn’t tell you anything about Argentina except what I’ve learned from you. I love your videos.

I think this was closer to advanced Spanish. It was pretty fast and had every conjugation Spanish has.

Lincoln no pudo ser el 7º presidente porque la independencia se produjo en 1776 (hay que admitir que no hubo presidente inmediatamente), el mandato de un presidente es de un máximo de 8 años (así que 6 x 8 = 48 años) y Lincoln fue elegido justo antes de la Guerra Civil estadounidense (hacia 1861-65), es decir, casi 90 años después de la independencia.
No recuerdo todos mis presidentes tambien. 😂 Yo se John Adams era secundo, Lincoln era 16, y Ben Franklin no estaba nunca el presidente, entonces tenia estar Andrew Jackson, pero si no tendre opciones, no puedo respondar. 😂 Y menos pude respondar de Argentina.

Tenia un amigo de Argentina hace muchos aйos, y estaba uno de la gente mas intelligentes que he conocido, un ingeniero, pero su collegio no estaba acreditada en los EU, entonces estaba trabajando en un hotel para pagar las notas. De pronto, el empeza... como se dice, dealing drugs, a traficar drogas, pero "he got caught", (lo pillaron?) y tenia regresar a Argentina con problemas con la policia. Estaba muy triste.
Me equivoqué con la población más grande y la razón por el “stock market crash” y tb los periodistas del escándalo de watergate . Pfff. Y estoy estadounidense…. Aunque creo que estaba más segura de más respuestas en general que Augustina. Jijiji😂 y por cierto, chicos, Benjamin Franklin nunca fue presidente aunque fue un hombre importantísimo en la historia de los EEUU. 😊buen trabajo. Estoy impresionada con vosotros.

Those were not fair questions. Many in the United States do not know. Next time get a list that are actually taught in schools rather than trivia.
They are meant to be trivia questions and plus people living outside the United States are going to have no idea what specific things the school system there teaches.

I saw a video of a guy asking passersby questions, and that was one of them. I wouldn’t have known, but knew it wasn’t Washington.
@@totesmagotes3688 I only got it, because he gave a few options. I knew it couldn't be Washington or Jefferson, so it narrowed it down quite a bit. If the question was just "Who was the first presidenet to live in the White House?" I would have had a much harder time with it.

On the other hand, there are Americans that don’t know the 3 branches of government, or the basics of how they work.

Some of the questions were too difficult. Most Americans do not know this much about US presidents. And the cause of the stock market crash? There are differing opinions. Pearl Harbor was not the start of America fighting against Hitler. If I have to look things up on the internet, why should Agustina know?
