BMW e39 Radio Problem (2003)

i dont know if its software or hardware problem can someone help me?
as you can hear it on the video it does only when i lower the sound when i turn the volume up it plays normaly

Just get an aftermarket Head unit screen or maybe check the antenna connection from the radio
