Thank you! It is very small at the bottom. I used it Sunday with my zippy wallet and YSL key pouch and it was not easy to get stuff in and out. It’ll work better with a card case and the keys just thrown in. 😊

Cami, I LOVE it! I have not seen this yet. I got an email about it though. I know how particular you are, but did you notice that there’s a slight crease on the backside of the leave it’s where the inside pocket is on that side. I’m hoping it was just a shadow but check it out when you hold it up you can kind of see it bows in.

@@camiscloset2369 it probably will fill out when you put your stuff in it. Try it and see if you saved your packing and not necessarily the packing for the straps but maybe just the for the inside, and the sales tag that came on the bag, reach out to coach customer service and just let them know what’s going on and return it for a new one. They’re normally really good about that. Good luck. 🤞
