Last goal wins is a very good life lesson. Basically teaches you that no matter how well you are doing or how far ahead you are in life you can lose it all if you take your focus away from the goal at the last minute. Didn't realize this until I was much older.
Someone broke their ankle when I was just keeping the ball right in front of me and they kicked it as hard as they could and broke their own ankle. Everybody was mad at me because he got injured and he was making up a BS story saying that I intentionally injured them.
