    Good day. I am Jamaican. I was afraid of leaving my room and come in contact with a particular person. I searched for mudra to overcome intimidation from others and selected your video. while you were instructing I practiced the mudra. Then before your video was over I thought about leaving the room and noticed I no longer felt fearful or intimidated. I am grateful to the Lord Jesus and to you. God bless you.

    I love all your mudras. You explain them very easy, very simple and very clearly. I find your video's better then other people's because you fully explain everything about the mudras.     Hi Bro, thank You very much for it. I am going through a anxiety disorder and due to which I tremble and fear a lot in the evening times. My whole body feels shivering and cold inspite living in a hot region. When I did this mudra for about 5 minutes while meditating I am feeling much better! Thank You once again for this wonderful effort 🙏🏻

    Whilst chanting on my japa mala beads which I have been doing for many years, with one hand I can also do these mudras which gives me even more clarity and focus on my chanting.     I do practice Mudras, but didn't know until I saw your videos! I was doing all theses hands positions while meditating!     I was drawn to a book about health at the fingertips that goes into all the different mudras for balancing the energies within the body. I only focused on ones I needed so still have to read whole book after 6 years but you have been inspired to finish it now so I may help in some way to share my experiences with this wonderful technology from our beautiful past.     The mudras are very powerful for me. My kundalini energy makes my hand move very fast for every mudra and make circular movements. I wish i knew what it means...i awoke my kundalini in january

    I have fear right now and can physically feel it all balled up in my solar plexus ; it actually makes it hard for me to breathe evenly . I am going through an oppressive situation right now where there are some things that are beyond my control that don't necessarily bode well for me and so it is upsetting .
    When I had this kind of fear a year or two ago I did yoga for fear for the solar plexus and it helped a lot at one point because I could physically feel all the nervous energy going down my arms and out my fingertips over the next few hours and no more weird energy in the stomach area but right now it is problematic for me to do yoga because of a bit of a knee injury .
    I have known about the mudras off and on for years but usually only remember to do the one when I am meditating where we have the Palms up , the thumb and index finger make a circle while the three other fingers lay flat and open .
    and what is really aggravating everything and making it 1,000 times worse is that I know right now I am stuck , stuck in the dukkha nanas..... this has happened to me before and I'm never really sure what puts me back there .
    This time I seem particularly stuck.... I can't move forward and it is really creating more setbacks . I am really having trouble navigating out of this . If there is any direction or advice you can give me I certainly welcome it

      @@aadyog thank you so much . I did that more dry yesterday at first with one hand and then the other hand in the lap .
      And then I did it with both hands . It is a very powerful modra and it really helped because that fear sensation in my gut totally ceased and has not come back .

    There are times when I meditate and go into deeper state of meditation then I just suddenly fear something will happen to me like I'm going to die. But I want to overcome that fear and was wondering about a solution. Thank you for the help. I'll try to practice this mudra everyday. Also your other videos where really helpful. Thanks for providing genuine practices..🙏😊

    Mudras help 100% but you first must be aware that you need time for them and be patient. We mostly are not patient in this world today, cause the world is so fast . And we want something that works instantly - stimulants , coffee, ciggars, pills etc... Mudras are the best , mudras shine at their Best in early morning

    Thank you for your video. I was curious so I started trying out mudras some time ago, because yoga helped me so much I thought this might help me too and I immediately started feeling better. I've hit a bit a bump that threw off my practice habits, also I have problems with the cartilage on my kneecaps which can hurt a lot (but I do like to sit on ground level 😥) anyway I haven't practiced for a while but I'm trying to get back my routine and I feel like your channel is going to help me a lot so thank you.

I have already researched a lot and always same answered I found but I m not happy with the informations. All kinds of mudras and yoga has particular advantages in our body but who found these evidences and positions and mudras? In ancient time there wasn't any instruments and machines to check all the activities of our body. I m very much interested to know.
