you are the only one I see on the CZcams did the right way, they all remove manifold to do.
I just want to get the front balance shaft out. Could I just remove the water pump belt cover and the impeller to get that bolt and sprocket off the end of the balance shaft without removing the entire water pump?
did a same pump on mk7, I think vw remove engine to install the belt, it no way you can do that bolt 9nm + 90°, I just push the new belt in the bottom gear.

I changed my pump but when I started it seems to have pressure in the circuit (bubbles). Some advice please
you need to bleed mate. from cold take off the cap on expansion tank go to car start it heater off. gas pedal down at 2000 rpm for around 2 mins. put expansion cap back on run it temp and should be okay. if not keep doing this till it clears.

Great video mate. Do you know if the water bottle on the S3 can be removed from the top or is it more involve? Want to get it out to paint it too.
Of course mate just take bolts out first twist it up remove bottom pipe then top. Just let the water out the bottom or you get a flood. Thanks. Send me some pics if you get stuck

Wouldn't be easier to take the intake manifold out than removeing all the other pipes / tubes in the way?
PS: i am completely noob in mechanics, just curious!
you can do but its long taking it off and once off you need to replace allot of seals and injectors so not worth it unless its gone
and if you do that you need to do connect VAS and run adaptions afterwards.

Hi. I have a skoda 2017 2.0 tsi. 280hp. I replace the water pump because we cracked the case of it(long story). Now the car its boiling but the clock says the temperature it's at 95°c same on vcds . There's a initialization or something?
We replace it with a new one (oem).
