Mughe Amazon way better lagta h Flipkart se , hala ki Flipkart ke sath bhi mera experience thik hi rha h , ek 4k tv liye tha Flipkart se tuta hua nikla open box delivery Kiya tha delivery boy ne par mughe wo tuta hua part nhi dikha tha , phir next day replacement me dala diyea thora mahnet karne ke baad 15 days me tv replacement ho gaya
of course amazon is much better then flipkart, jaisi inki site hai waise h delivery boys hai, replacement ke liye kafi mehnat karni padti hai max time nahi hota

Mera bhi real suggestion or experience yhi hai ke Flipkart sa koi bhi expansive shopping mat kro because iski return policy ek policy nhi ek fruad hai ye apka return bar bar reject karnge or bad mai apka account blocked kar denga. Isliy is per sai clothing etc buy kar sakte ho but electronic item or expansive products matt buy kro. Nhi to badd mai app kuch bhi kro coustomer care par call ya twit kro kuch nhi hoga. Isliye is app sa jitna dur rho utna acha hai
of course and cloths me bhi fake product ya old ya copy send kerte hai hai, return ya replace kerne ke liye bahot papad belna padta hai

Bhai maine infinix gt 10 pro buy kiya hai. 7 oct ko aur delivered date 19 oct dikha raha hai.. Shipped 16 oct date dikha raha hai.. Order confirmed ho chuka hai... Or traking green line seller is processing you order tak aa gaya hai.. Toh phone delivered hojayega na..? Plz bhai batao.. 🙏
Same delivery issue I’m facing in Flipkart, my order has been placed on 2nd oct and delivery date is shown 12 oct my order prepaid and they cancel my order and they only put for replacement on 12 oct and its delivery date showing now 26 oct I have called customer care they said sorry the original product got cancelled due to shipment got damaged during transit 😢 very very worst service😡🤬

the worst customer care support is from Flipkart.when i oder this phone sale started on 28th sep i order within 5minutes.when am ordering delivery date was 3rd of oct but after confirmation date changed in to 11th of oct.when I contacted flipkart they said to cancel my order and add a new pin code.then they said not enough stock available.i said them to shut down the website with 1000 phone they are taking order from 1.4 billion people😮 . pathetic service.(phone is very good for this price segment its buttery )
