Uno dei capolavori meno conosciuti del grandissimo W.A.Mozart, che apre la strada a quel meraviglioso periodo dell'opera chiamato "Neoclassicismo".

watching this becuse we need to present the end in music class and honestly, this is just hilarious. What just happened in the end? Why did she try to kill him? Who was the guy that also killed someone in the end? Wasn´t the end their only screen time? Which motive did they have for anything?
Anyway, I feel bad for Tittus, surrounded by fake friends but his heart so big, he forgives them all
Also, I hate Vetillias Character, but the actress playing her was literally everything here. I love her so much lul

Schöne Musik. Aber ein spätpubertierender Regisseur lässt die Akteure auf der Bühne kopulieren. Waren alle Sänger:innen damit einverstanden oder liegt hier Missbrauch vor?
Man täte sich mit dem Verständnis dieser Oper leichter, wenn man den Titel nicht als "La Clemenza di Tito", sondern als "La Clemenza di Dio" liest. In Mozarts Gottesverständnis gibt es keine Hölle außer der, die der Mensch sich selbst bereitet (Così fan tutte), und Gott (Tito) verzeiht dem sündigen Menschen (Sesto).
Povero Mozart.....
