We need to accept that we won’t always make the right decisions, that we’ll screw up royally sometimes, understanding that failure is not the opposite of success, it’s part of success.
As a young shaman to be, these frequencies have always been seeking my attention since early age. Today I finished my 3 hour meditation to these seven frequencies and the result is beyond my comprehension💫 have had som troubles with a few chakras latley but where focus goes energy flows.

I sleep to this every night. I have done so for the last couple of months, and I am very impressed with the results. I feel well rested, and calm, Throughout the day I feel loving, serene, and full of positive energy. Of course diet and exercise play a part as well, but this has certainly helped to elevate my state of awareness.
I was having a bad anxiety attack first one in ages and as soon as I turned this video on it stoped. My whole body feels so calm now and I could just fall asleep.
Its midnight and my one-month daughter is sleeping now with this meditation 🙏🏻 💕 Thank you 🌸
