Danny Sir please keep teaching us about color grading you're amazing
Right on Danny, I liked hearing your approach to this. I have a similar method to create the bypass effect, using the same node structure, but I use the monochrome mixer and just mix the RGB channels like printer lights to tweak contrast, like adding more red. And instead of a hard light mix I use overlay in the channel mixer. I think this creates a more linear contrast treatment instead of dialing it back on the gain but can be adjusted on a scene-by-scene basis.
Love the way you explain. Keep doing it. Love it!🤟
Commenting to help algorithm! This is A1 infomation provided in a very simple application! Much appreciated!
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you Danny!!!!❤ Sending love all the way from PH
Learned something new today. Thanks!
Love it bro, keep up the great work 💪❤
Perfect timing! Thank you for your guide. Please do more video sir 🙏🏽
love it! thank you!
The Bleach bypass look sometime gives some really Clean color. remove all tint color over images. rich color and more dense to images. Great work Danny
Thanks Danny - subscribed!
Yeaahhhh! Tks bro! Tks so much !
Thank you for sharing for this
very good video danny, i love what it does to the skintones , just a tip for the bleach bypass, you could also use the contrast the first adjustment layer, dial it back and you'll lift the shadows, that way you can use the bleach bypass on full opacity
Keep em coming!
You got it!
Your are new to me, YT just randomly suggested me one of your videos, I liked it and I am follow you now, wish you the best
Danny you're the Man Lil Bro. 😎😎😎😎

That's some superpower you have there!
Nice looking! Gr8 stuff!
Have you created any good outs or powergrades with this style of look? And if so how would you grade a whole movie that way?
thank u. 🤟🏼

Great presentation.
Thanks Stefan! Been using your DCTL tools for my latest projects
@@DannyGannice to hear.
Thanks from Cambodia YT user❤
Very good friend Danny Man, your videos are great, I'm doing Davinci Studio 18.5 courses and I got an A7IV 10 Bits camera (I know it's not an Arri and or Red) but to start I think it gives.
Can you do something with an A7IV - Slog 3 ?
Yea I might do a refresher on grading S-Log3 footage!
🎉🎉😮
Great video! What did you use to get this little white dots (film damage) on your cam?
I used Dehancer😁
❤
Almost misread your channel name 👀
@@DannyGan Haha, it happens! My channel name can be a bit tricky to read at first glance 😄. Enjoying your content a lot. Keep up the great work!
thank!!! you are great!!!
Danny, can I ask where you got that monochrome color chart you used for the bleach bypass? I can't seem to find it anywhere. Also, is it necessary to use that specific one for this effect?
No, you don't have to have it to create this effect. It's just a sample to let you see what it does to the colors. But you can find this chart amd many more test footage for free at mononodes.com
@@DannyGan Oh! Awesome! Thank you, kindly.
nice! after your node tree video i ended up using this guide for bleach bypass.
m.czcams.com/video/1yZFPzo6su8/video.html
i will compare the two as they are slightly different.
Keep up the awesome work!!!
I've watched their videos before and it's a very good tutorial if you want the full bleach bypass effect. Which looks awesome! but I want to still use it on commercial work so I'll have to do the halation and grain separately.
yep, i also skipped those bits because we do it later anyways
Haahahaha 100 nodes
