Xiaomi USB Charger Failure and Repair

In this video I'm examining and repairing my faulty USB phone charger (5V 1A switching power supply). It failed after 2 years of seldom use. I found the a resistance and two capacitor that was burned and thats the reason the charger stopped working. I replaced those three component and now the charger is working

Some charger case need to be slammed with hammer 🔨 not with a lot of force depending on type of plastic used in... But it's not recommended just an idea that I used today on my quick charger and it did work amazingly find

Today, my 67 watts charger stopped working suddenly, it's not even a year old or 6 months.

My fuse in complaint,, sa can i remove and connect that directly??,,that is with out fuse??

I tried to repair the charger provided with jiofi due to no output.The only damage i was able find was blown fuse.Replaced the 10ohm resistor and the output was a fluctuating 6-7V instead of 5V.Couldn't find any other damage on the board.I don't feel this safe to use.Any solution bro?

I think no problem ... 4.2 Li ion battery charge controller support upto 8 volt. but more than 7 it will be dangerous . check the voltage while charging if it is fluctuating a lot 1 volt or more dont use the charger .

@@RoyTecTips Bro,i checked with the charger and to my surprise, now its showing a steady 5.2V and stable while charging. Now its working all normal.
Took a while as i had to dig around to find the charger which was abandoned months ago! All Thanks to you😊.

Very cheap design... That one IC does everything... T21 Dual USB Home uses the same design and they all blow the output smoothing capacitors.
