this past week I've been feeling a little under the weather, so what better time to take an everything shower and take care of myself!! it's been awhile since I shared my everything routine with you guys, so I wanted to vlog this for you :) this was a little different type of video being all VoiceOver and relatively quick, so let me know how you liked it and if you'd want to see more this style?!! as always, almost all my products are on my amazon page under the skin, hair, and bathroom essentials lists! the skin better science I order off of their website :)

I had lots of acne and breakouts, too. What my dermatologist said is, "minimum is best.. and let your skin breathe naturally without anything on it.." sometimes by applying too many products on the skin we are harming the cells and its natural barrier to fight with bacteria. Now I'm using moisturizer and spf for am and retinol and moisturizer for pm. And I dont have acne anymore 😊❤ so nice to see your videos. Aesthetic ❤

My favorite part of the everything shower is the whole ritual aspect of each step. But my absolute favorite thing is sleep you get after the everything shower. I always feel so rested and glowing. I love doing that last perfume spray right before bed. 😴

My fav part is definitely the hair wash - all the bubbles and how you can literally feel it getting clean is so satisfying 😂

Same for me. MDD and it makes showering challenging to do but wow, I always feel amazing afterwards.

It doesn’t matter what gender you are you should be able to do everything a girl/women does without feeling guilty
You can do whatever you want no matter your gender. Men and women both have skin, and can have skin issues, so self care is not just limited to women. Plus I’m all for a cute house.
This is just someone who likes to take care of themselves and have a certain lifestyle it’s not gender related more guys should be doing this or be taught this but unfortunately they aren’t most grow up with thier moms doing everything and then move out and don’t know how to properly live on thier own so it’s definitely very important

My favorite part of my everything shower is definitely washing my hair. I wash my hair once a week cause I saw people doing that and I think you may do that as well? Anyway, our hair is our crown in a way and so having it clean and ready for the week is such an awesome feeling. Makes me feel complete haha! Thank you for inspiring us to clean everything from home to body. All is important

One thing I learned early in life was to NEVER go to bed with makeup on. I’m 57 and I have always taken any makeup off that I was wearing. Not once did I leave it on. I’ve been pretty blessed to only get like one pimple a month but my sons were different. It doesn’t have to be expensive with a lot of products. There does need to be consistency. For them (and myself when younger) we used the Physoderm face (and body) cleanser and toned with Sea Breeze toner. For spot treatments we used just your basic over the counter ones with the highest anti-acne ingredients. There were a couple of times in puberty they did require the tetracycline or monocycline, prescribed from a dermatologist but the other stuff is all over the counter and told to me by my dermatologist in High School. My sons have beautiful skin and no acne scars. I hope that helps someone.

I enjoyed watching your shower routine. I didn't know there were so many products you can use. I think I will look into getting a body exfoliator as well. Stay well.

I used to have rly bad acne on my forehead and I literally didn't know what to do and the ONLY thing that helped was not letting literally any kind of soap or anything on my forehead, it rly helped with my breakouts and the little bumps as well! love you and no hate but I just wanted to share that piece of information. also your skin is so beautiful!!

my FAVORITE part of my everything shower is actually tied. I am stuck between a good clarifying shampoo for my hair and shaving my legs. I LOVE LOVE LOOVE when my hair is freshly clarified it feels so clean and so fresh. But I also almost love just as much the fresh smooth feeling of my legs freshly shaved. the feeling of my freshly smooth legs on my favorite blanket is truly something I will not get enough of!!

one thing: a great, more environmentally friendly alternative for makeup remover wipes are the reusable cotton/bamboo pads. they are SOOO soft & better for your skin! also saves you money cause you just wash & reuse them! they're on amazon & there's a bunch of great options! just a suggestion! 💘💘💘
My favorite part of my everything shower is a tie between singing to my favorite musicals and my body scrub, though I have a new body wash that smells heavenly. I’d be in there for over an hour if it wasn’t bad for the environment and I wouldn’t look like a prune after. ❤
