Maybe you should have paid attention in chemistry class, there's no interaction to be made. Dry Ice is CO2 in a solid state(frozen). No reaction happens when its put into water other than the water speeding up the evaporation of the dry ice. She wasn't one of the casualties of the party, and it was not negligence either. She had this idea, premeditated, to kill her husband. The other few were likely unintended though.
Dry ice is solid carbon dioxide, when added to water, it transitions to a gas as it heats up. In large quantities, carbon dioxide can displace oxygen. So they basically suffocated to death.
her fiancé decided to do this for her, and and actually had a background in the sciences, which is sad because she obviously knew these two didn’t mix. additionally, after he died, she married another man if i recall correctly

If you just would of paid attention in chemistry class you would’ve known the dangers of chemical reactions
Maybe you should have paid attention in chemistry class, there's no interaction to be made. Dry Ice is CO2 in a solid state(frozen). No reaction happens when its put into water other than the water speeding up the evaporation of the dry ice. Instead what happens in all the CO2 that was frozen into solid blocks evaporates into a gas, displacing the oxygen in the tiny room.
