This reminds me soo much of my father.... He loved fly fishing and he was super good at it... Last year he teached me how to fly fish far up north and it was the best time of my life im soo glad i got to spend that quality time with my father.. He passed away this month

Hi guy! I'm not a fly fisherman yet, but I have been studying many of you guys on CZcams to learn all that I can until I can pull the trigger and get started. I have noticed that you do things just a bit smarter than most. You dry your fly (false cast) away from the hole that you are fishing then cast and you let the fish tighten the line then reel it in in place of pulling it in just for a couple of examples. Such easy fixes for things that are taught wrong. Thank you for thinking outside of the box and being different.
