If you're having trouble with black bars and shit do this:
1. drag the green animation to your timeline
2. Put the playhead over the animation and enter FUSION tab
3. In fusion tab press "ctr+space" and write "delta keyer" then press add
4. Put "delta keyer" node between media in and media out nodes.
5. Drag the small dropper from the top right corner of the screen over the green background (you must drag it, doesn't work if you only press)
6. Go back to edit tab and now you can do whatever you want with it, move it, make it bigger or smaller, etc. It works perfectly, no black lines, no problems. I've used it in any format like this,, shorts or normal videos. It will be independent of anything else on screen. You don't need to create new composite or VFX. Do only the above steps !

Can confirm this works in davinci 18, but to transform it, you need to change it to a fusion clip (just like one of the comments mentioned).
Also, the video of the clip wasn't importing for whatever reason, only the sound was. I fixed this by importing the clip from the cut panel instead of the edit panel. The drag and drop didn't work for me.

This works GREAT... EXCEPT for one thing. I for the life of me cannot figure out how to reposition the animation. I see you doing it and it looks so easy but what keyboard or mouse shortcut are you using? NOTHING works for me. So the only option I have is that the animation flys in directly over my face right in the middle of the screen. I'd like to move it down further and over into the lower right corner. Any direction would be much appreciated.
