Jackie was younger when he made Rumble in the Bronx than Donnie Yen when he made Ip Man. Also, Donnie Yen only learned Wing Chun for the Ip Man movies. Jackie had been learning it all his life.
@@mrt445 False. Jackie mainly trained Hapkido and Karate as an adult. Kung Fu was his youth and I’m pretty sure he never did Wing Chun besides in Rumble.

I remember I finally got the chance to impress my Sifu with some wing chun that I knew. He taught me everything I knew about wing chun at one point then stopped training me in it and focused mores on boxing and Muay Thai because I ran my mouth to my friend that he was teaching me it. My friend feels left out and asks Sifu to teach him wing chun and that was the last time he trained me in it solo. But at that point I caught the bug and started training via CZcams videos and I came across this particular one. I studied it down to a tee. Then when the time came for Sifu to see what I knew, I did everything in this video and he was thoroughly impressed 😭😭😭.
He didn’t think I knew that much or was that good at it.
