I don't know when this remix came out but the original song Breathe Me by Sia came out in 2004
The Widdler was one of the first dubstep producers I listened to, totally forgot about him until now.
i heard this song earlier today for the first time on digitally imported radio and i must thank you so much for uploading this :)
I have heard the originally countless times so i was thoroughly pleased to hear this today on the DI radio chillstep station. Its a very sentimental song for me. The original that is, so this remix holds new meaning for me. Almost like a meeting of the past and the present, bringing a strange indescribable sensation that could only be described as pure bliss along the lines of opening up christmas presents when i was a child
When I listen to The Widdler, I feel like I'm being schooled in the art of sound.

Hurting yourself is not a solution and never will be. It's just a shape of take it out on with yourself for not knowing how to solve your problems.
As someone who used to hurt themselves I will say this. Yes we know it's not a solution, it's just something to take our mind off of what ever thing in our life is causing us so much pain that we need to cause ourself physical pain to escape the mental pain because the mental pain so so horrible. But, that does not make it okay to do so, it's a very bad habit and very dangerous to do. If you are hurting yourself currently and feel like the world is against you and that no one loves you or if you just feel no reason for life(I say this cause that's how I used to feel) it gets better. I know you've probably heard this millions and millions of times but I promise if you hold on it will get better. I promise there is someone out there who cares about you, someone who loves you, friends who love you. I know it seems hard now but you just have to bear through it. I know there's alot of pain but hurting yourself isn't helping, you have to be strong. There are people everywhere who will help you. I'm here. I think Sia purposely tries to make her vocals sound shaky as the emotion portrayed towards me in this whole songs is broken and most of that just comes from the way her vocals sounds.
For me, this song seemed to be about winding up at a point in your life where you just feel so broken.
When you're so depressed that you feel like you are about to reach you're breaking point.
When you don't feel like yourself anymore and you cant really even remember what you were like to begin with.
When you continuously hurt yourself in some way no matter how much you try to stop and there's no one who can take the blame for how your life is now.
When you feel like everything is your fault. when you actually become afraid of yourself.
When you need someone to keep you going, to give you a reason to live, so you're begging this person to just be there, to be a friend to you so you can feel like you're worth something again, like you're actually needed in this world.
To me the vocals fit something along the lines of this perfectly.
