Yeah, mercy shouldn't have to swap for that especially since she is able to help and encourage squishies the most. If your dps keep dying and not doing anything you will usually lose as any support. I have rarely ever been told to swap off mercy by dps players and the ones that do ask me to swap are pretty bad and lack awareness I have noticed.
I get tired of bad teams sometimes and I diff their dps with zen in my support games. I ended a game with more kills and damage than anyone other than one of my own DPS the other day. These teams may be toxic but at least they are talking and trying to have a comp. bronze and silver is just crickets almost every game.

Hey, just word of advice (not to be toxic). When your team is low and there’s no place to run to as Lucio that will safely get your team there, keep healing. Mercy/Lucio doesn’t have the best healing output so they’ll need all the healing they can get in those situations. Lucio is good for his speed while mercy is good for damage boost, you can’t exactly have both. When you use your ultimate as Lucio, make sure you’re somewhat close to your team, I believe that number in the middle shows how many people will be boosted by your ult/regular boosts. Only 1 person was boosted instead of your entire team. Good video

The funniest thing that dps can say is that why do you only have certain Elim. My mans yes healers can make elims but it is important to 'Support' dps than dpsing for dps lol you are dps. If your death is more than your kill, you need Quickmattch not competitive.
