  • Essentially, a startup goes through three phases of growth. Each of these stages requires different priorities that are reflected in the company's goals, metrics, channels, teams, and so on. As a startup owner or growth marketer, understanding what stage your startup is at will help you focus on the right tactics and thus help move you through each phase efficiently and successfully.
This video was inspired by an article by Brian Balfour on three phases of growth: See it here brianbalfour.com/essays/tract...

Thank you very much Peace. Good Job.
My question is, what is the best go-to-market strategy for a B2C product particularly in the Ridesharing industry where consumption of supply is instantaneous?

Very insightful and thank you so much peace. My question is: in the retention phase, how can one possibly deal; when they begin to welcome a large number of wholesalers for a product that is easy to come by.
Knowing fully well that major challenge faced is pricing which has affected sales overall, secondly product saturation

Your channel has been really helpful.. well currently I'm starting my own startup and I've not finished building an MVP yet (currently working on it but with some funding issues). I don't know how or if it's the right time to look for investors that would really believe in what I'm starting and would see me through because I'm really sure of my startup becoming a very successful one.
