If she wanna invest only in companies that spoon feed her the profit and with no risk, then it's upto her but she can't do these disrespectful facial expressions for people she doesn't wanna invest in. There are better venture capital firms that will provide better valuation and won't act unprofessionally if they didn't like the idea.
Namita is a nepotic product herself. She does knows hardwork and business. She is here for trp thats it. Which is also a pity.
i also felt he same. Namita's expression were like this product is just useless. Namita can't even make a brand from scratch on her own, but behaves like she is the only shark in the show

I'm a rider, I often go for long rides and a daily commuter as well. Still I think motorbikes are the most vulnerable mode of transportation ever when it comes to safety. Adding any attachment to it is nothing but adding more risk factor. I can undoubedly say this attachment will make the bike more disbalanced. If the wind flow is high and the direction is inconsistent, it might severly impact the rider's balance. It's a negligence to invest on anything that may have even a slight possibility to risk a human life.
I agree, no one can predict when a strong breeze will come.
Especially before rain and strong wind comes and it could destabilize the running vehicle and can cause severe harm. It should be properly tested before any one thinks to purchase it.

I myself have seen multiple ads of Sepal on the gram and have been very interested. Bike riders who are true bike enthusiasts would for sure love and accept a product such as this. Yes price points at this stage would be a consideration but the boys do deserve a chance and so glad Peyush saw the spark
On the contrary, bikers love their bike, its look and speed. This attachment does not enhance the look of the bike even a tiny bit. In fact, it does spoil the look. Second, this attachment reduces the speed by offering more friction/resistance by increasing the surface area the opposing wind is acting against.
Third, it will add instability.
It is looking like an e-rickshaw has been sawed into half along the length.
Unless you are comfortable with a permanent attachment on your bike, you will have to keep it handy and bolt it on whenever it rains or is about to rain. In which case if you have the time to fit an attachment on the bike when it rains, then you surely have the time to wear an overall raincoat which offers a LOT more protection from the rain water, and does not diminish the look or the stability if the bike.
Piyush is amazing. Sepal can a very useful accessory for bike taxis. Also Sepal can later enter into B2B if the bike companies start eating their large share.

Im a sepal user for a while now.. My bike ran over 8000 km with sepal.. I'm amazed by the product quality.. I do 110km at highways.. Faced no prblm at all.. For rain, ya ur lower body parts get wet but u save ur upper body until hips from getting wet..

Maybe. But it is trying to solve a lot of problems. So many people only use cars just because they don’t want to face unwanted rains and eventually resulting into traffics. If done right, maybe in a long run, it can solve traffic problem as well. Who knows…

EV vehicles will probably grow more and more in the next years, and they also offer these same features which are music, GPS etc.
This will cause lots of problems in traffic jams and in narrow streets

I don't know how someone like Namita can judge them while knowing nothing about the plight of people who get drenched in rain while driving their bikes. Namita should not be in the panel in fact, because she is not an entrepreneur and have no experience on building a company from scratch.

I love sepal, if they make a complete roof like package (supported both in front and back) it will be very helpful for long riders. Not only rain but it will protect riders from scorching heat as well.
With more parts come greater safety risks. Plus a car (2nd hand) is better suited if rains, heat are the concern.

I am a SEPAL user and it's great. Been using it for two months now. Very durable. Especially monsoons. Quite effective at traffics... just increase your speed and fly over the traffic. Also, once I hit a truck by the side. Thankfully I had insurance. Other wise I would have to pay the damage caused to the truck by the sepal. The truck got cut in half.

Sepal has a lot of work to do in terms of IOT and that is their ultimate product. The IOT module and the phone holder is their ultimate product, not the rain protection and that is going to be much cheaper than what they mentioned.
People who ride bikes and use navigation and having an option to interact with the phone without taking your hands off the handle is almost a dream for people using bikes less than 200cc.
I use a 2022 Ather 450x and I understand what the other guys were saying, but I believe no matter how smart EV becomes, it will not reach the level of the smartphone anytime soon. And smartphones will cost way less than smart EVs even after 10years.

1. raincoats can't save u from sun. sun protection is a big factor i did 2 long rides in summer one with this on and one with this off. there is a hell and heaven difference.
2. i have done almost 2000 km on it, unless you are passing through a cyclone, it holds. waise vi cyclone pe to car vi unsafe hai.
3. price dropped to 6500 inr. aj kal to bike big windshield vi company se 5000+ hi ata hai.
4. raincoats are good, but in summer rains when is rain is not so strong and not much wind, it boils your inside . you are sweating too much .
drawback. you should be able to remove and carry it when not needed . night riding without rain me utna kam ka nehi hai.
