If only more youtube vids were like this... less than 2 minutes, no talking, no grandstanding, no explaining the obvious thing I'm doing that I should have just gone ahead and done. Fine job.
Just used this video to take the door off my 2013 cx5. Had no issues getting it off and was able to repair the speaker using the super glue method. My only nitpick was I wish it would've shown him putting the door back as I had a bit of a struggle getting it back on but nothing major! Thank you!
Loving Mazda right now. I have to take our CX-5 door panels off to spray some undercoating into the doors. I'm amazed at how simple they made this process. With my Ford Focus it's 4x the bolts/screws to remove a door panel.
I need to replace the mirror and wasn't sure how to get the door panel off without damaging anything. Thanks a bunch! Had trouble getting the panel back on at the top. Then, I noticed in your video that the weatherstrip was attached to the door. Mine was on the panel. After sliding the weatherstrip out the end of the panel and installing it on the door, the reassembly was easy. Thanks again!!!
@@crystalleesylva3116 Crystal, it seems like everyone has the same problem, part of the speaker falls off and flaps due to rust from moisture getting into the door frame. The fix was rather easy, I just took the door panel off and super glued the speaker and no more rattling. Seems like this is the same for everybody.
My year 2015 r/h fr door speaker started buzzing. Found it to be rust causing speaker diaphragm thingy had detached due to rust. Used 5-minute, two part epoxy from Halfords to sort it. Sounds good once more.
Super helpful. Bought a pair of speakers and found that the front door speakers are subwoofers so cant even use them. Oh well. Trying the super glue fix for now.
I have a 2014 Mazda CX-5 GT, are the front door speakers (Bose) supposed to hear voice and sound? or are they sub-woofers? I don't really hear voice and music through these speakers. I brought it to the dealer, they replaced the speakers, but that didn't fix the issue, now they want to replace the amplifier. Any help would be greatly appreciated. 🙂
G'day Jeff I've taken the driver side door trim off my CX-5 and reinstalled it everything went well except the auto window wind on driver side window does not work but window still works otherwise what could be the problem?
Very nice and right to the point. No idiot rambling for 10 minutes. Much appreciated. Thank you!!!

@@petershipmate78 same issue on mine on both speakers...no way of fixing it without taking the door panel off?
You put it back on reverse to the way you take it off. It is easy.
My name Jeff! thanks Jeff!

Are the front door speakers really sub woofers? I've been trying to figure out why there's no voice/music coming out of them?
Hi Jeff is it the same process for the new 2017 cx5 model?
Thank you very much for the video
Does this work if the door is stuck closed?
Sir gumagawa din ba kayo ng side mirror motor? Or nagpapalit? Hindi gumagana yung autofold at left and right ng mirror, up and down lang
