    Vfx and video editors. I bought that product and yes you can use with Premiere, After Effects, Nuke. It really nice to see close-up view and using another monitor as preview monitor. Especially while you masking objects in video really helps more with detailed view....

    I'm debating between kamvas 22 plus or veikk vk2200 because they're in the same price range, I'm a 2D illustrator and my rendering style will required a lot of details. Also this will be my first display pen tablet.
    Can you tell me in terms of parallax, display colors and drawing experience which one better between the two?
    I'd glad if you want to share your opinion in this! Anyway thank you for all your review videos its really helpful for me 🫶

    As a lefty and user of art tablets- I noticed that that Veikk tablets are all only for right-handed users. And the holes and quirks in driver and hardware stability scream poor investment. Cheers!

    Yes, your camera captured well the ghosting. Not a display for animation/video work, but I think that for illustration/painting and photography/design it should be fine. Other than the ghosting, I'm amazed for the color coverage that a relatively cheap (or better said, comparable pricing with XP/Huion; after all they are all a lot cheaper than Wacom Cintiqs, even the non pro) like this is offering.
    Laminated without any parallax, good lines, fast in "pointillism"... It does check a lot of good matters (for example, not the bad offset one would have in the menus at the border like happens in the 24 model of XP .. although that's also surely due to being laminated in a better extent than the XP's).

      The company said ghosting should not happen, and any units affected can be exchanged. This is actually the first time I've seen ghosting issues on a pen display.

    Hey i want to ask which one do you think is the best between veikk vk2200 pro, huion kamvas 22 plus or huion kamvas 16 2.5k, aside from the price i want to know which one do you think is the best, if you had to buy between the three which would you choose

    The dual monitor problem in Photoshop... (it's a question) Could be solved by setting in the profile for Photoshop in the driver (or in general for all the apps in the driver, if not possible) in the projection settings to specify which is the monitor to pick (in Wacom and others that I use it lets me choose the screen to pick, in the driver), and also set there (when possible) "force proportions" (although this just because it performs a lot better so). It's a question/idea. As I have no clue about if it'd work, never had a Veikk. The other idea is that if you used a text file only for Photoshop (I often just set windows INK on or off (solely for the Photoshop app's profile in the driver) and tends to solve this issue on Photoshop, dunno why. When I used PS at companies, that is) , then it could be that there is a setting to add in the text file to force it to pick/choose main screen (for drawing) or something. But I'd rather test the first way (maybe set the "Display0" in that menu, and then calibrate the pen again. I don't know if it'd require to reinstall Photoshop so that PS knows about it, but that would be a pain).
    I've had these issues with my Wacoms and Huions. Sooner or later the issue shows up with whatever the app, but I typically solve it this way(/s).
    Edit: I forgot to mention that in those occasions, I realized that when the pen (of any brand) is making a large offset, it is indeed considering both screens as the canvas to draw on, and that's why editing the settings in the "projection" tab (specially if the brand's driver differentiates between different app profiles that you create, but can do it generically as well) is a total solution. It has happened to me a lot of times, and imo makes sense, as it is kind of mixing stuff... it somehow keeps the coords of a lower resolution "board" but over a 2x display (the two screens). That's why the projection tab and selecting the monitor to be main should solve it and allow 2 monitors (which is very useful for references). Maybe the Veikk driver can't allow it, I just don't know (am curious, hehe).

      @teohontech7141  Před 2 lety +3

      It could be the projection problem. Because as the pen is near top right, cursor offset is smaller. But when pen is at bottom left, there is much larger offset

    • @3polygons
      @3polygons Před 2 lety +1

      @@teohontech7141 Yep... there should not be an offset at all... I think it is trying to consider the resolution of the two screens combined, but using tablet resolution not considering that ( if forcing it in the driver to use a particular display for the tablet doesn't fix it, I'm out of ideas...)

    Hi @Teoh on Tech, Your explanations is really helpful, so I've just purchased mine yesterday and I got problem with the color accuracy, I found that the white tone on the SRGB setting its rather yellowish but if I use the 6500K color setting its rather blueish, so is it normal, or do you have the best setting for the best color accuracy output,... I dont have the color calibrator tool so please answer my question, Thank you so much,...

    • @teohontech7141
      @teohontech7141  Před 7 měsíci +1

      If you don't have colour calibrator, you will need to calibrate manually by adjusting the RGB with the help of a reference, e.g. phone or tablet.

    The link to the Veikk page (at Veikk's website) is not working. They seem to have removed the product from catalog, for some reason. It might be temporary, but if you check their Display tablets, it only shows in catalog the 22 model, not the 22 pro model. The only pro model now there is the 1560pro. The Amazon link of my country works, though.

    "Laminated Matte Displays" i don't think that's exactly a "Matte Glass" its possible a "matte layer" on top of the glass, like older Cintiq's Display actually has a "Gloss" layer on top of the screens which can be removed, Probably explains why there's a bubble on your Veikk screen.
    Laminated Display is actually a type of display that "Glues" the actual Display , the digitizer and glass together forming it a single layer to reduce Parallax, the surfaces could still be glossy or Matter.
    Laminated Displays is way different from Etched Glass.
