I have a question from Sheikh! Who decides or classify that this or that Moqam is for sadness, happiness or excitement? Is it based on human natural disposition or Fitra? Can voice or tones alone reflect all human emotions? For example, what is the Moqam for Tadabr تدبر and Tafakor تفكر?

Recitation is much more than mentation and maqamat deepen the experience.
Just because there is a corrupted form of music does not mean that there cannot be Music. A proper, pure form of intonation.
Al Ghazzali: 'Whoever says that all music is prohibited, let him also claim that the songs of birds are prohibited.'
And, by the way, who is to say how the Qur’an was dictated by the angel Gabriel?

WHAT HE IS SAYING IS THAT THE SOUNDS OF A QARI SHOULD be in tandom with the meaning of the verse, while reading the quran. In scientific terms i may expalin " the sound shall have the same frequency as that of verse." So that resonance occurs. It perhaps has nothing to do with pitch. Even if it may be a new innovation but definitely a very good one and can be termed as bida'h AHSANA and regularised through "IGTIHAAD".

The interviewer needs to learn how to respect the interlocutor when having an interview, especially with someone who is more knowledgeable. It was noted that the interviewer was typing on their phone when the shaikh reciting the ayaat. It was not supposed to do thing like that. It disrespected the Qur'an.
It's his own brother. They are just being casual.
@@thameemsh It's disrespectful, even if between brothers. It's the sunnah of our prophet saw to give full attention to whoever he is in conversation with. Turn your body, your face and full attention to the one you're in communication with.

If you want to gain knowledge you need to first learn to keep quiet and listen to a scholar and allow him to explain. Its so difficult to listen to sheikh because this guy keeps interrupting.
It's impossible to recite the Quraan without maqamaat unless you make no sound
This reciter appears to repeat himself frequently, covering the same topics in most of his videos.
Maqam of musicians is clearly Haram!
