    • @nicnapier
      @nicnapier Před 5 lety

      If u don’t have the centers solved it is causing a parity that shouldn’t happen which makes 2 corners switch places. This cube doesn’t solve the exact same way as a 3x3. As you go through the method you need to solve the centers as you go along. I forget how I showed that in the video, but the best thing to do is before u start to solve, rotate the centers so that they each have the correct half center color facing each other. Once you have that, you need to make the cross and keep those centers like they are. Watch how I do it closely

    Very nice tutorial. Extremely helpful. I am able to do mastermorphix now thanks to you and other good tutorials! I have a question. What camera setup you use for your video recording? Quality of the video is very good with good positioning of the cube with minimal jerkiness in the recording. Thanks again!

      I’m glad I could help! Oddly enough I use my iPhone 7 on a cheap tripod. I use 2 led desk lamps for lighting.

      I didn't understand at 6:20 can you help me please? With that alg?

    • @nicnapier
      @nicnapier Před 5 lety +1

      That alg is the normal alg to insert an f2l edge. If the edge is going to the right: U R U’ R’ U’ rotate the cube to the right then L’ U L. If the edge is going to the left: U’ L’ U L U rotate left then R U’ R’. Hope this helps. Let me know if u need more help

    When i finish solving the edges on the second layer, all the centers are rotated. What should I do?

    • @nicnapier
      @nicnapier Před 4 lety +3

      Make sure that you have the centers turned correctly when you finish the cross. The reason they might get turned is due to the algorithm to insert the middle edges. Use the basic algorithm that I use in the video. Hope this helped

    I solve 3x3 in sub 30 and 4x4 in 2 minutes but this even though it is close to the 3x3 I still take more than the 4x4 🥶🥵😕😉

    I got this for Christmas and it's so God damn frustrating. I want to throw it out a window.
    I can do the second layer but the second is the part that makes me so angry. I can solve a normal 3x3 puzzle in around 40 seconds.

      Up until the last layer it solves the same way as the 3x3. The last layer solves like the beginners method. You could think of it like that. I admit it is a difficult puzzle at first but soon it will be easy to solve. 👍
