They can’t separate themselves because they’re both mid. I’d rather start Anthony Brown since he’s a dual threat and can do more. Mind you, Minshew was Jalen Hurts’ backup and Jalen literally had to learn how to pass when he transferred to OU and even had questions about him even being in the league his rookie season, obviously Jalen put that work in but Minshew and AOC both are average at best. We’re really debating over C level quarterbacks

With these two at QB, the Raiders are a average, mid-tier team…8 wins or less is most likely.

Fields would have more weapons 2 throw 2 with us than he had in chicago. Thats a plus. Also we have a better o line. Fields will do way better with us. Cant always go off a players stats n game from their old team.
Best part of the QB situation is that they are good and they are competing. A lot of factors here, new system, easily a top 5 D to complicate the process for them.
They both suck and are competing to see which one sucks the least
I also think the best part is that if any of the QBs work out, top 10 to 20, then their contracts are so cheap and there's money to build the team

Free agency is where they have wasted a lot of time and money... gambling on big names in their later years with big contracts. They gotta do better there but the horizon for the silver and black looks nice.

I wouldn't go any higher at this point... they aren't spectacular or great but, neither was Eli when the Giants won their SB's or Flaco when the Ravens won theirs. The best QB in the NFL can only be on one team and the Raiders showed the world on Christmas what you do about that. I would love to see improvement at the QB position but.... trash QB's? Not true.

Aidan is out scoring both Minshew and Anthony brown throwing multiple touchdowns every single day. The point is to score touchdowns and Aidan is showing he’s in position to win. Anythony brown doesn’t have any connection to any of the wide receivers or tight ends same for Minshew. Aidan is going to start he’s showing the most upside.

Pressure is a good thing and nothing says pressure more than beating Harbaugh in week one. It's a MUST win BABY. Division opponent, a "second" home game really. We can't lose this game. The focus is to be HUNGRY AND WIN. AP needs this game to start a big season.

I believe Minshew is a wildcard. He displays a certain attitude that tells me he's gonna be good.
On the other hand AOC is definitely gonna be better with a better offense. The Raiders are in a good position.
The biggest problem is the OC is completely unproven. That's very nervous. Too much is being put on the defense.

Another edge for AOC is the fact that he has more room to grow. Gardner is the vet meaning that unless he pulls off a Rich Gannon and or Jim Plunkett growth he is an average to just below average QB. Where AOC has a chance to develop into a solid Game Manager who can read Defenses and take what they give us aka between Trent Diffler and Payton Manning, note I am not saying that he can be as good as Payton Manning but more of a poor man's Manning which if our Defense is good as it can be is more than enough to win the Super Bowl.

I think they should use both. It gives you two different looks some are going to play better against some teams than the other. AP should become a pioneer and run two QBs this season.

That's a bad way to coach = whoever says I'm the guy is going to be the one? If AOC is the starter and loses the first 2 road games, put in MenChew and see if he can chew up the defense. so aiden had one good day and minshew has had 2 great days in a row, with players he has not played with every day MInshew is improving get more and more in step with the recievers. A tie at this point means Minshew is leaps and bounds ahead with his learning curve with the recievers over AOC and it will just improve each day.
