When I hear her sing, Eva Cassidy, Led Zepplin, Boston, Mary Chapin Carpenter and to be honest *quite a few others* I hear my Mom singing and see her dancing. Yes, my mother is alive and well, but man.... music is one strong rooted IMPORTANT aspect of our life. As we all get older, I connect all of my favorite memories throughout our lives to songs, artists and albums almost everytime. My parents are the best, because of it. Lol
She gets her due now but early on she never got it. She very good at staying in her lane when she sings. She never tries to do what she can't do. She covers what she can do. Some don't and to listen to. Ann has always been very good at picking songs she can do. And she always nails it. It always makes her sound like a better vocalist than she is. That's not a knock. Her greatest strength has always been doing it live. She probably one of the best all time at singing live. Why? She stays in her lane vocally. She never tries to sing let's say opera. She'd be terrible. She just know her vocal talents and stays perfectly in it. And it's amazing sounding.
It's even more mind-blowing watching you all do this live, but I am happy there are such great videos like this one to relive the memories through. Loved your take on this song on your solo tour in 2018 and loved it last year with Heart. Such an amazing job on this Ann! Craig, Andy, Dan and Denny are superb as well!

Agreed. Should have done it in the 70s when her voice was higher.
