If my children and grandkids would move to Florida, it would be perfect. But I just don't need that much space now that I'm retired. Would have been a dream home tho when my kids were young. Hope some lucky family will buy this and make many happy memories there.

This a model home with every upgrade, plus upgrades the builder doesn't even offer like crown molding, the Meritage sales person said this model will be priced well over 1 million dollars when they list it.

Why do you need a separate media room when theres already a tv in the adjacent lounge?
When building the house are you able to choose a larger lot size or do all the house pretty much have the same lot size?
Interior lots are typically the same size. Corner and cul-de-sac lots run a little larger.

The title says 5 br but in the description it says 8 bedrooms. So is there a model with 5 bedrooms at a more affordable price point? Or can it be made with 5 bedrooms? We really love this house model but do not need 8 bedrooms. Looking for 5 bedrooms, with dual master suites, and a pool. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Absolutely stunning! I'm curious as to the price of this home. Here in newyork this house would be at least between 3.5 and 5million depending on location. If it were located in the Hamptons it may start at 10 mil without this square footage or amenities. I'm sure this house goes for much much less. It is a marvelous property!
Hi Darryl, This floor plan had a base price around 700k. Most sold between $800 to $900k range.

Lots are average size, 1/4 acre ish. Plenty of room for a pool.
