Nice! Finally Kansai airport is directly connected to Osaka station by train. Going to Kobe this way could actually take about the same time as taking the Shinkansen from Shin-Osaka to Shin-Kobe. Plus point is that you arrive at Sannomiya directly. Hopefully I can test this soon 😃
Oh no no no...That is the longest most possible way you could go to get to Kobe from KIX. Much cheaper and easier to take the bus right outside the door at arrivals. The bus only cost 1500 yen and takes only one hour to get to Kobe.
